Challenge :: The Alexis Agency was hired to create an exciting brand and recruitment campaign aimed at recruiting students in Asia, Middle East and China for an aviation industry expected to triple in demand within the next 10 years.
Solution :: Targeting two different demographics, student pilots and the aviation companies that hire the cadets, the Alexis Agency strategically developed a new logo and tagline, followed by beautiful full-color illustrations of the training fleet to be used in all of their marketing materials. "Training Excellence" is a smart tag that transitions from consumer to commercial markets. Oversized, bold print collateral were designed, including a student brochure that turns into a poster featuring new training aircraft with the mosaic paint scheme.
Results :: The DAE Flight Academy paint scheme for the Cirrus SR22 and Eclipse EA500 training fleet and the flight academy's supporting marketing materials debuted at the 2007 Dubai Air Show, capturing the "thumbs-up" attention of the Sheik and every news publication covering the global event. DAE Flight Academy successfully recruited its first class for their private aviation training program, while garnering the attention of qualified student pilots and the aviation companies that will eventually hire them.
