Challenge :: Create a stronger marketing communication program – one that would dispel confusion about their services and build a stronger brand awareness. We immediately detected confusion in the market and set out to create a savvy, yet simple advertising and public relations program.
Solution :: Aimed at homeowners along Vero Beach’s barrier island, we created a bold print campaign and website. “Here’s what we see” is an interactive site featuring stunning architecture that compares what the untrained eye sees to what Whitehall professionals can detect. It was followed by a series of presentations to community influencers to dispel confusion and encourage the professionals to utilize Whitehall for their own clients. A SmartMove online video was also produced to help educate homeowners about the benefits of property management.
Results :: After only four months, their communication program started capturing attention and leads through print, direct mail and electronic media.
